The ancient nation of Israel repeatedly suffered many problems similar to those we as a nation face today. Things got progressively worse for ancient Israel each time they turned away from God, forgot who they were, and why God had chosen them to be an example to the World. Unfortunately for them, they didn't get things straight with God in time to save themselves and they were finally utterly eradicated from the city of Jerusalem in the nation of Israel in 72 AD by the Roman Empire.
For nearly 2000 years, the remnants of the house of Israel wandered throughout the World and were sifted into the populations of the pagan nations, even to forget their own identities and to believe themselves to be gentiles. The descendants of Israel (Jacob) had no home nation of their own, until at last, in 1947 following World War II, Israel was again re-established as a nation in the promised land of the Middle East by the United Nations of that era as was predicted by the old testament prophets.
Let's learn from the lessons of history and not continue as a nation to tempt God and invite his wrath upon all of us, just because a small minority of misguided individuals happen to live in this country along with us. Message to the Voters of the 72nd District
Are your taxes too low? Do you feel secure in your career, your home, your bank accounts, your retirement plans and your personal information? Do you feel that your Government at any level protects your rights and interests today?
If you answered "No" to any of those questions, then you are in good company. Those of us of faith in God who know deeply in our hearts and minds that something has gone seriously wrong in our society over the past 50 years, and that our Government is being inexorably drawn down a path along which we do not want it to travel. Now is the time to join together with those who have had enough of Godless, out-of-touch, so called "public servants"; out-of-control Government spending; increasingly intrusive and oppressive Government regulations; poorly conceived, badly planned and shamefully executed Government programs being paid for by increasing your taxes at a time when we can least afford it. There is absolutely no reason that we should continue to endure a 12% unemployment rate, a declining population, increasing taxes and the declining purchasing power of our hard earned personal income when we live in one of the best places on Earth.
By working together to return God to his rightful place in our society. By returning to our founding father's principles that were based on God's precepts and laws, we can turn back the tide of liberalism sweeping through our culture today. Together, with Gods grace, mercy and guidance, we can return our unemployed and underutilized human resources to meaningful, gainful and rewarding employment in the private sector. We can develop and capitalize upon the vast stores of natural resources lying beneath our feet in a safe and environmentally sound manner. We can rebuild communities in which our children and our grand-children can live and work, so they don't have to look elsewhere to realize the "American Dream".
Together, we can stop the shamefull atrocity of abortion and the perverse assaults on our children’s morality. We can stop the relentless attacks on our religious freedoms, and the institutionalized destruction of the family unit based upon the marriage of one man and one woman. We can put an end to the misapropriation of our hard earned income and private property and their redistribution to others who choose not to work, or who choose to come to our country illegally. We can stop the infringements upon our rights to keep and bear arms. And finally we can put an end to the erosion of our local, State and national economies.
Please register to vote, support conservative candidates, turn out at the polls in November 2010 and cast your votes for the candidates that truely represent your interests. By doing this we can send a loud and clear message to the errant politicians in Harrisburg and Washington D.C., that we intend to outsource them all, and return control of our Government back to "We, the People".
